Founder Story
Katonah Ridge Partners was founded by Jackson Peddy to meet a growing need among high-net-worth families and family offices: a trusted operator who brings structure, clarity, and discretion to complex, cross-functional work.
Before founding Katonah Ridge, Jackson served inside a single-family office overseeing initiatives across private investments, succession planning, governance, and philanthropy. That firsthand experience — supporting principals, collaborating with legal and financial advisors, and leading strategic projects — shaped the firm’s core philosophy: that families benefit most when supported by an advisor who understands the full picture but stays behind the scenes.
Jackson has worked alongside entrepreneurs, investors, and legacy families navigating inflection points: building new family office infrastructure, preparing for generational transitions, launching private foundations, and managing bespoke transactions. He brings calm, rigor, and communication fluency to high-stakes environments where alignment and discretion are critical.
